With a very unexpected twist in the end, the song makes a parody of Diwale's famous song 'Gerua' which is picturized on Shah Rukh Khan and Kajol. Shah Rukh Khan himself made sure he could take a sneer at Shudh Desi Gaane by making a special appearance in the end. The actor appears at the end of the parody and claims of having done some original work which is made a parody of. Let's just say that the special appearance shows that some people really know how to take a joke and laugh at themselves.
